The postcard is a postal product that is still sorted by hand, and we are committed to minimizing human error. We correctly mail about 97% of what we find in our mailboxes but sometimes a few postcards are lost in the process.
Keep looking for status updates by visiting globepostal.app and if your postcard has not yet arrived at its destination and at least 60 days have passed since the times stated in the service card, contact us for more information and you may be eligible for a refund.
